Last updated 30 September 2026. This policy explains what Begwani Group (“we”, “us”), a real-estate advisory at 211, Gujranwala Town Part-3, Delhi 110009, collects through begwanigroup.in, WhatsApp and our advertising on Facebook and Instagram, and how we use it.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry on this website: your name, phone number, email address (if given), the kind of property you are interested in, the project and any message you write, the page you sent it from, and technical details such as your IP address and browser.
When you message us on WhatsApp or call us, including from one of our ads: your phone number, your WhatsApp name and the messages you send.
When you browse this website: we use the Meta pixel, which sets cookies and records visits, project pages viewed, taps on our WhatsApp and phone links, and enquiries sent, so we can measure and improve our advertising.
How we use it
To reply to you, share project details, arrange site visits and help you buy or lease property; to keep a record of our conversations; and to measure how well our advertising works. We do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
The developer of the project you ask about, only when you want to take the next step, such as a site visit or booking. FormsList, which delivers website enquiries to our team by email. Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp): enquiry events are sent to Meta with your phone number and email in hashed (scrambled) form so Meta can tell us which ads led to an enquiry. Our hosting provider, which stores this website and its data in India. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and conversations are kept for as long as we are helping you and for up to three years afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time. You can block or clear cookies in your browser, and control ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings. These rights include those under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Deleting your data
Email info@begwanigroup.in or WhatsApp +91 85880 00559 with the phone number or email you used, and ask us to delete your information. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
